Ogom Nwachukwu has B.Sc Computer Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), and Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) and is a Chartered Human Resource Practitioner (HRPL), an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and a Professional in Human Resource International (PHRi). She is tasked with conducting recruitment for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations and employee relations, Maintains company organization charts and employee directory, Implements and annually updates compensation/payroll program. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all staff and staff welfare. She participates in the effective planning and decision making to attain desirable profit making result for the company.
